David Locicero – Realtor | Architect | Author

With a career spanning over three decades, David Locicero brings a unique blend of architectural insight, problem-solving expertise, and client-focused service to his work as a real estate agent. Since 1985, David has led teams, communicated complex ideas clearly, and delivered creative solutions for a wide range of clients—from commercial developers and educators to homeowners and entrepreneurs.

As a licensed architect, David has worked on large-scale, technologically complex buildings, but his passion lies in smaller residential and commercial projects. His deep understanding of design, construction, and space planning allows him to see the hidden potential in properties—an invaluable asset for buyers and sellers alike.

In real estate, David draws on his extensive experience collaborating with homeowners on renovations and additions. He understands how people live in and interact with their spaces, and he uses that knowledge to help clients find homes that truly fit their needs—or envision what a property could become.

David is also a published author, having written guides on working with architects and planning construction projects, as well as two books on wine appreciation. His writing reflects his commitment to educating and empowering clients, whether they’re planning a remodel or exploring Gold Country wines.

A resident of Oakland, David is a fountain pen enthusiast and avid home cook. He spent much of his youth in Las Vegas during the 60s and 70s, with formative time in Seattle, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
